About The Windhorse Trust
Our Mission: Supporting the Practice of Buddhism through the Triratna Buddhist Community
The Windhorse Trust is based in Cambridge, UK. We are pleased to support the practice and development of Buddhism through Team-Based Right Livelihood employment opportunities, offering grants and loans to Buddhist projects within the Triratna Buddhist Community.
The Windhorse Trust is a charitable company registered in England & Wales.
What we do

Grants
Empowering Triratna projects and members of the Triratna Buddhist Order to support and develop individual and collective Buddhist practice through provision of financial grants.
Loans
Loans on preferential terms supporting mainly capital projects in the Triratna Buddhist Community such as business start-up and facilitating building purchases for Buddhist centres and retreat centres.
Buddhist Lifestyle
The Windhorse Trust is a Team-Based Right Livelihood based in Cambridge managing property and finance. We employ individuals in our Buddhist team bringing spiritual practice to the arena of work. We provide accommodation in residential Buddhist communities.
